We believe that artificial intelligence and robotics should not be the preserve of a privileged few. Every person, regardless of age, background or experience, deserves the opportunity to understand, use and build the technologies reshaping the world. And for those who go further — who develop a truly promising idea during a course or workshop — WHITECROSS goes one step further: helping them turn it into a real project, with direct support and access to private investors.

Our Story
From an Idea to a Community — and Beyond
WHITECROSS was founded in 2022 in Milan by three engineers — Marco, Sara and Luca — who worked in the world of industrial AI and advanced robotics. Every day they saw how difficult it was for people to approach these technologies: courses too theoretical, too expensive, or designed only for those who already had a computer science degree.
The question they asked themselves was simple: why doesn't a school exist that teaches AI and robotics the way you learn to play an instrument — with practice, patience and a good teacher? WHITECROSS was born from that question.
In three years we have trained over 500 students, organised more than 30 hands-on workshops and built a community that grows every month. But we noticed something: extraordinary ideas emerge among our students. Projects that deserve to become something more than a final exercise.
That's why we added a third dimension to WHITECROSS: incubation. The most promising projects are selected, developed with our team's support and presented to a network of private investors. We don't just teach — we help build the future.

The Best Ideas Become Startups
We don't stop at education. The most promising projects born in our courses and workshops enter a real incubation path — with resources, mentorship and direct access to investors.
Selection
At the end of every course or workshop, the WHITECROSS team evaluates final projects. The most promising are invited to present their idea in depth.
Development
Selected projects enter a 3-month path with technical support, strategic mentorship and access to WHITECROSS spaces and resources.
Funding
WHITECROSS can co-invest directly in the strongest projects and facilitates access to a curated network of private investors in the tech and AI sector.
Launch
The project becomes an independent startup, with the ongoing support of the WHITECROSS community and its network of alumni and partners.
The incubation programme is reserved for WHITECROSS students and workshop participants. You don't need to have an idea already — just bring curiosity and commitment.
